Gallery Composition Contest

Humerous Portraitures


-Subject: Humerous Portraits
-Deadline: May 1st 2009 at 24:00 EST
-Contest Description: This contest will test your ability to compose gallery artwork into a pleasing form. Each contestant will go out and take a series of five (5) different portraits of a humerous nature. The five categories will be:
1) Funny Faces
2) Funny Poses
3) Funny Backgroud
4) Funny Mistake (this could be a person running in-frame accidentally, or a failure of equipment such as a background screen falling down or some such)
5) Funny Props. (Bear bigger than subject, blocks with upside down lettering, etc.).
-These pictures will be uploaded individually and compiled into a Gallery Folder with ONLY these pictures in it. Once done, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the gallery folder link, and note it to =ItalianoCane. Not only do the pictures have to be good, but they must complement each other in a gallery setting. Galleries will be viewed with SitBack Slide Viewer and judged as a whole. Contest ends May 1st, 2009, and winners will be declared by May 8th 2009.

-No Nudes.
-Must Be Taken After Contest Start Date
-Must Be Photograph, no PhotoManipulation (slight editing for sharpness/contrast allowed), Digital Art, etc.
-Must Be an Original Work.
-Must Conform to all DeviantArt rules and policies.

2nd Place- 3 month Subscription Donated by =TwistedSpider
